Ok I've done this before but maybe its a brain fart but I can't import my site to FP any help on this matter, thanks.

Depending on you webs setup (frames or non frames) you will "create new web" and select a location for the files Usuall My Documents\My Webs\XXXXX then close FP.
Copy your existing web to that directory
Viola!
