A Highway Patrol truck mistakenly delivered a whole load of brand new Official Highway Patrol Jackets to the local homeless shelter. They were supposed to go to Cincy, but 2 trucks got mixed up. So if some scruffy looking guy in a Ohio Patrol jacket asks you to pull over, be careful, LOL.
