I was at the local flea market this past Sunday and just happen to have my digital camera with me when I spotted this rare optioned true "Dual Exhaust" Vette. Notice the presence of BOTH side pipes and tail pipes. At first I was like ? Then I was intrigued by the home made cloth top ? The urge came over me to grab my camera and share. So here you go

Modified 2.8
2.5" Drop
11" Brakes
17" Revolutions
RCC Coilover Suspension

I keep looking at that picture and can't figure that exhaust out. It has side pipes and a SINGLE exhaust on the left rear. Where is the other rear outlet, or maybe that is for the missing side pipe on the other side?

Maybe it's got the "JC Whitney special" cutouts that let you either dump the exhaust out of the sides or go through the mufflers and tailpipes out the back. Not that it's acceptable, just a possible explaination.
The cloth targa roof is just sad.

That roof is sold by Ecklers Corvette Parts. Its supposed to be for people too lazy to put their hard glass top in. It also folds up so it dont take any inside space up. They also sell those 'fake' side exhaust. I dont think vettes had those as factory option after C3 body style. That looks like an 86 like mine. Both of the 'options' def look tacky to me too.

Yup. You can find just about anything at a flea market.
My favorite is the one at Mountain Top, (near Gadsden) Alabama.

Check out the white sedan, behind the 'vette.
It looks like it's got some sort of giant potholder on its roof, too.

Nothing like going to mountain top in the middle of summer- it is better than the Freak Show at the circus. You see everything from the bearded lady to the kid with 3 arms. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

I think I drove past that dog and pony show when everybody was setting up, on my way to the last Fiero Factory Swap Meet. That was really my first jaunt across the Alabama countryside. Needless to say, that was a little discomforting...made me wonder what the hell I was doing down here

It got better though..the drive into Huntsville was beautiful from atop the big hill

LOL..I can't get over that huge ratbearyeti thing
