Since this is such a far flung group I thought "Does anybody have a KILLER bbq sauce or chili recipe they would like to share?" Or any other recipe for that matter.
(Please don't criticize other's tastes, differnt strokes.....)

My secret for barbequing steak is this.
Get the best steak you can afford, I buy Harris Ranch top sirloin.
I then marinade it with Durkee “Grill Creations” black peppercorn marinade mix.
It’s sold in Safeway stores in my area, here is a link to their website. http://www.spiceadvice.com/product_guide/index.html
It only takes about 20 minutes to marinade, so it’s great on weeknights after work.
I grill the steak for about 15 minutes, and serve with sautéed mushrooms.
Add an artichoke and rice, and “presto” the meal is done. Of course if my wife is home, we also have to have a salad.
