Okay as some of you might know I am a mobile DJ (Well try to be ) Well Saturday night someone broke into my shed stealing 300 CDs (Vauled at about $4,500) I have a gig contracted for the June 15th... My problem is i dont have any CD's... BTW this gig is our High schools Graduation/All night Granduation party. If anyone has ANY Cd's that you do not want anymore, do not need... as long as they do not skip please send them to me. It does not matter what it is, our insurence refuses to pay for the CD's and i dont have $4,500 to spend on CD's.

Thanks alot

PS: Im mainly looking for CD's people will send for free, If it is many CD's i will probley be able to pay shipping as long as there are no scraches, my hope is i can get maybe 100 people to send me 1 CD for free and that will atleast be enough to get me through this gig until i get money to start buying CD's again

I'm not sure if you have a burner, or access to one. But my friends who are DJ's get a lot of their songs off of Napster. Maybe that could be a resource for you.

Welcome to the Forum, yes I do have a burner but the only thing is when you put a MP3'd Cd's over 1100 watts of power that near CD quality is not even close

Thanks for the advise though

Hmm... seems like an MP3 at 1100 watts of power would sound better than silence...?

If it's the most viable alternative... might be worth thinking about...

Full mp3 albums? KRMFiero, contact me on icq @ 118193458

If you get good quality bitrate mp3s and burn with good cds, you will have the exact same quality as store bought..
