Im into 1/24 and 1/25 Drag Racing. I just bought the HO car to run in the event. Im starting to get into 1/32. The 1/32 cars look great.

OK, OK, I guess I have to admit it too. I have a ton of HO track, a bunch of old Aurora T-Jets, a bunch of old AFX cars, and a bunch of new Tyco cars, including 5 Fieros (white/yellow #23, black #48, two red #86, and one I painted medium red metallic like my 88 Coupe). I set 'em up at Christmas every year.

Sometime, Dale, we'll have to race. My real 88 Coupe is slow, but my HO one is pretty fast!

Ya know...they have Hot Wheel races at the Fiero Festival...Why couldn't we stage a HO slot car race at the festival ??? Fiero bodied cars only. Could be fun.

Its just over 100 feet + a 50 or so foot shut down area. My fastest MPH is 109 real MPH. (NOT scale) The ET was .6 sec. Blink and it's over.

When I raced R/C cars, I would wind my own modified motors. I made some championship winners for the sponsored boys (that was nice having guys that get big bucks for racing "toys" coming and asking me to build a motor for them). I wonder if I could do that for slot cars. Hmmmmmm- one of my favorites was a 11 turn quad on a green machine arm. Oh the memories! Oh the money!

Hey, Dale, the HO Fiero races at the FOCOA Nationals is a good idea - assuming anybody cares besides you and me!

Three of my HO Fieros are HP7 chassis - they are slow but fun. The other two are Magnum 440X2 and they're pretty fast. Not 109 mph like Haze, but pretty fast for Hot-Wheels-sized cars!
