So I wonder if he filled up his gas tank, would it double the value of his car?

Today I saw something comparably ignorant looking. I was pulling out of the apartment complex when this Ford Escort comes wheezing by me with a 4 inch exhaust tip!! Wow was it ugly...He had no other obvious mods, except that ugly tip..
