OK here it is. I have a 95 Dodge Intrepid for my winter car. It has the 3.5L 24-valve with dual TB's and port injection. I have run injector cleaner thru the fuel system, Tune-up, (plugs, wires, filters, etc)
The problem is below 30 degrees when it sits overnight, It is hard to start. I get in turn key and wait for Fpump to pressurize lines and turn key. It pops and sputters but doesn't start. I then hold gas pedal to floor turn key and it starts like it was flooded. Could this just be a case of dirty TB's? Any other thought's greatly appreciated.
