The last four U.S. Presidents are caught in a tornado, and off they spin to OZ. After threatening trials and tribulations, they finally make it to the Emerald City and come
before the Great Wizard.

"WHAT BRINGS YOU BEFORE THE GREAT WIZARD?
WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

Jimmy Carter steps forward timidly: "I had a terrible time with Iran, so I've come for some courage."

"No problem" says the Wizard, "WHO IS NEXT?"

Ronald Reagan steps forward, "Well.. Well.. Well.. I need a brain."

"Done," says the Wizard. "Who comes next before the Great Wizard?"

Up steps George Bush sadly, "I'm told by the American people that I need a heart."

"I've heard it's true," says the Wizard. "Consider it done."

Then there is a great silence. Bill Clinton is just standing there, looking around, but doesn't say a word.

Irritated, the Wizard finally asks, "WHAT BRINGS YOU TO THE EMERALD CITY?"

"Is Dorothy around?"

No flame from me, 7. In fact, read Bedard in the new C&D.

I used to think a lot of stories were far fetched, as in, "How could someone possibly think that way?" but even if Bedard is imagining this, I believe that Gore can think of worse....

LOL to the OZ joke. But the thought of losing more of my Constitutional Rights don't appeal to me at all. BIG BROTHER (Gore) IS WATCHING YOU !!! Go BUSH in 2000 !!!

I like to ride my four wheeler and I like owning and using my firearms. These are just two of the things Al Gore don't care for.

And the economy is just fine. I don't believe that the office of President has much to do with it. If anything, Congress has control over the economy. But really corporate America is the engine. Also, folks, lets remember that all through Slick Willies term in office we have had a Republican Congress. So lets give credit where credit is due.

Burdell...ITS BROKEN! Fix it! Sorry, but Im extremely conservative. This country has been a bleeding heart, criminal sympothizing, liberal state way too long, its time for a change. Im so sick of this backwards attitude thats been plaguing our country..like, if you're an honest working person, you have no rights. If you're a crack smoking, murdering, carjacking jerk off, youve got every right in the world.
"Yeah so what if that guy murdered that family in there own home, that cop put the handcuffs on him too tight, he violated his civil rights!"
Puh-leez.....lets get out of this liberal state of mind.
Uh oh! That was a derogatory, racist, insensitive, politically incorrect statement I just made! Better call Jesse Jackson!

Ok, I feel better now that Ive vented. Lets talk Fieros again!

Ditto what My7 said. It's time for the law abiding folks to get a break. (Which sure leaves out the present administration.)
More restrictive laws are being passed while the ones that are in effect are constantly being circumvented. Either by the courts or by the Feds. The only people whe are actually inconvenienced are the decent folks. For the criminals, it's just another thing to be laughed at.
And no, this is not a jab at police officers. Police officers work way too hard for way too little money. (How much would *you* have to make if your job description included the possibility of being shot at?!?)
I'm talking about our bleeding-heart court system and, of course, Janet Reno and company.
Sorry for the rant.
BTW... I'm not a Republican. I just hate the modern Democratic (socialist) agenda.
I call myself a Libertarian, although I have no party affiliation.
