Not mine and no offense meant to the owner if they are a member here. Having said that, is it just me or is almost everything actually painted blue? Obviously it's a matter of personal preference but personally I think it'd look better covered in dirt and oil like it probably was before it was painted.

Kind of looks like a lot of it was painted in place too....

Yea I saw that. I think they just threw that swap in there and sprayed EVERYTHING Blue at once. Why someone would actually move the EVAP canister like that is past me. I would never make a swap that messy.

Yeah, it looks pretty hastily put together. Even the way the battery is sitting is worrisome. Almost looks like the engine might be crooked too.

And the EVAP was probably moved to make room for that sweet hot air intake

Looks like the battery is just kind of sitting in there, too...

I wonder if Shawnk has fiddled with it?

Also, that bracket holding the alternator is a 2.8 A/C compressor bracket...I guess it works, but not something I would do.

Edit: or is that a "dog-bone" bracket? I don't think I want to know.

I think they were robbing a bank, hid the money in there and the dye pack went off.

LOL, that photo defines the term "spray bombed".

BTW, yeah that's a lower A/C compressor bracket from a 2.8 V6 on the alternator.

The worst part is how horrible it will look later when the paint starts chipping off and gets covered in dirt. Yuck!

Wow.... it's a series 1 L67 as well.

Yick - no offense to anyone who may own this on the forum. It's just not cool to spray bomb your entire engine bay.

Should make troubleshooting really easy.

Ok, you're looking for the blue cable.

Got it!

I like the ebay post..

3.8 SUPER CHARGED MOTOR, SUPER FAST WHEN ELECTRICITY MAKES IT TO FUEL PUMP

So sometimes it takes off, other times it dies! I guess it matches the engine install!

It does appear crooked, and like little to no fabrication work was done, everything was thrown in place. I bet the harness is not really modded, just taken out of the 3.8 car and thrown in to kind of make it work, maybe a few spliced wires here and there.

I guess it was a cheap 3.8 install. But hey, it works! sometimes...

This may be an ebay sale due to a botched install of the 3.8, see stuff like this with hot rods all the time on craigslist. They half finish a chop top, fail at it, offer it as a "hot rod project" on craigslist to get out of the car.
