Is there anything going on Friday night? I know in the past a few people have gotten together and met somewhere, usually close to the hotel. Mike
last year was fun... several went to the movies to watch the last Fast & Furious movie... then hung out with Cliffw at Cabana... A couple of years we went to a car gathering that had a burger joint nearby.

Lookin fwd to my first Roundup now I'm back in TX, also meeting new friends and old alike. There are plenty of meet n greets on Fridays around here, will post something nearer the date.
If you want to do a Friday night Meet & Greet that would be great. As said, there’s a lot of choices. Sounds like jwtc7 will post some options for us out of towner’s. Is shaping up to be a great event as usual. I talked to “The Prez”, aka Rob last night and things are perking along. He works some weird hours so will update the group as soon as he can. For some reason he likes to sleep a few hours from time to time.

A slight correction on Saturday's "sister" event. It's called Coffee and Rides. But then, how could Michael know that? He doesn't even live here! Let's pray for him, the dearly departed.

Thanks Mike for getting the ball rolling. I just spoke with Richard and he will be ironing out the details for the place of bedding and will post when secured. More details to come!
"Prez" to bed........

Great, it would be nice to see and visit with some of the El Paso group again. It is going to be a great event and hope to see people / Fieros from all over Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and anywhere and everywhere.

We had a great time in 2010. I'm still proudly displaying my wooden Alamo plaque in my office. I'd love to run the "Three Sisters" on the way home again too.

Here's the info for the lodging--we'll be staying at the same Microtel Inn and Suites Airport North as last year. It's on 281N at Brookhollow. Here's the link to their website:
Contact them directly and ask for the AAFO Roundup block. Their specific info is
Microtel Inn and Suites Airport North 15314 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX 78232 Phone: 210-404-1901
Rate is $55+tax/night for a double. It's the last weekend of Fiesta so we were lucky to get a good rate. I think everyone was happy with the site last year and it's convenient to the start of Saturday's events and there are many good places to eat in the area. The AAFO "brain" trust(hahahahaha) will be meeting tomorrow night at Bif's Burgers to finalize plans for the weekend. Plan on a great cruise on Saturday compliments of Scott Anderson with stops along the way for food, drink, and points of interest!! Sorry, no bourbon distillery this year--it's just too far up there!! Maybe a winery with some vino ,though. We'll bring everyone up to date after our meeting. Friday night is still up in the air--as I said, it's Fiesta and there might be something of interest along those lines. We can guarantee a great time for all, and what can we say but that it's #15!!!!!!! So, all of you out-of-towners, get on the phone and make your reservations. I'll close the block on Thursday, April 26 so we don't have to pay for all the unreserved rooms. After that, you are on your own!! So be here for the biggest, baddest Fiero event in the state of TEXAS!!!!

Just confirmed hotel for 27th arrival, sugest if want queen call soon. It appears they are limited probaly due to FIESTA. Tom is right the number is 210-404-1900.
Hmmm......the last Round Up I attended was in 1999. Maybe it's time for another trip down south. I had planned on attending Daytona, but my Fiero isn't roadworthy and my Austin-Healey is in the shop getting the dents pounded out, so that trip is off (would be a boring trip in the CRX or Yaris).
So.....count me in! I'll probably take my Austin down there since the Formula needs more work than I can get done in a month.

Mike, DFW is not exactly 'on the way' as you well know... but there is a group of us headed down on Friday... If you find your way here on Thursday, you are welcome to overnight here and caravan down with us.

Thanks Blake.....I'll let you know. I was thinking of a different route, but I'm not exactly sure which way I'll go. I just know I'm ready for a fun road trip.

A must for every Fiero owner. When did you run it ? I, being the closest to it, was hoping to make it a main event for a future Ruckus. This year's Ruckus is planned for Fredericksburg, oh so close to the Three Sisters, but it is not my event.

Pat and I did it in 2010 (on your recommendation) and it was a blast. The wives were a little green in the gills when we were finished, but they were troopers and let the boys have fun.

Hey Cliff,
Did you get my text? I am hoping you will help me out with the Kerrville Kurves Kruse at the end of May.

What’s Up? Just got back from Spring Fling with my new homeys, the North Texas Fiero Group. Lots of discussion and excitement about Round-Up XV. The North Texas group is planning a caravan from the DFW area. Blake and that crew always have a great caravan down and back. Hope some of the Oklahoma Fieros make the trip as well. Looks like it is shaping up to be another great Round-Up. Fifteen Years, outstanding.
See you in Ole San Antonio Mike P.

Round-Up XV I will be there, last year I was in Iraq feeling down about not being able to attend. This will be a good weekend. Put me in for two XL XV shirts.
