When i get back from my "overhaulin" trip i'm thinking a new paint job is in order after i get my finances back in order. So i have the question...

I've been thinking what colour I would paint mine for a while. Its silver and grey right now. For at least a year know I've decided I want it yellow. Still will probally be a little while till I can have everything the way I want it and can afford the quality of paint job I want. That and it's a DD currently so I wouldn't want to put much into paint just to have it damaged by some idiot in a parking lot.

I am in the same boat really. I will be painting my 86 Gt at some point in the future here and while it is currently red and grey lowers stock colors I have been trying to think of a nice color. The Red is of course a good color for the Fiero and I have heard it referred to as the natural color for it but they look great in Yellow, white, silver, black, even blue, I doubt I will be able to afford a real custom paint job so I was thinking I would go back to Red and MAYBE do the factory color scheme again only this time with a different Red more like the Porsche or VW red that has been shown here. It is a slightly more vibrant red and would look great on a fiero. Personally I think Silver on a semi modded body fiero is a good color and I like yellow too. Unboundmo's burgundy looks very nice with those gold wheels and black is always amazing as long as it is done well and the car is in excellent shape... Tough decision.. peace

flat black all the way. that coupled with a quiet exhaust makes a really good sleeper.

How bout snake venom green with medium silver metallic ground fx. Just throwing an odd color out there.

I'll second this...CC Yellow is one of my favorite colors on a GT. If I couldn't do that, I'd paint it the factory Medium Red Mettalic.

I tend to like the blues and reds but black is my favorite color on a car.... so undecided.

Mine is currently Silver however I plan on going either 87 Fiero Blue or 88 Fiero Yellow .. But I'm really leaning towards Blue after seeing a really sexy blue GT at the 25th a few years ago!!
