Is it the engine to lower pipe or upper radiator to pipe?

From NAPA the engine-to-lower-pipe hose (which goes to the pipe on the passenger side) is part number 8216 for a Gates hose and I paid $18.15 for it last year.

I just ordered another one, for the same location, from O'Reilly Auto Parts, part number 21594 for a Gates hose.

This time I paid $11.99 for the hose and $11 for shipping . . . but at least I didn't have to deal with the knuckleheads at the parts counters. (Apologies to any of you that work behind the counter. This is not ALL parts people, just my local ones. I'll rant later, too tired now.)
