LOL....now I would pay a load for a low mileage 88 GT, especially in white. This guy must live next door to the 241 mile red one that is asking $40,000.

Is this true?? "The engine was moved 3 inches forward, the cooling system was now bleedable"
Stretching it a bit: "electrical system was reengineered" Going from SI to CS is not that big a deal.
1988 was not only the last year of the Fiero but the best year. <b>The engine was moved 3 inches forward, the cooling system was now bleedable, the suspension was retuned, the electrical system was reengineered. All these changes made this the best year ever for the Fiero. Do your own research you will find even more on line about this wonderful sports car.
It's a nice ride but double the MSRP might not work.

Yeah there's a lot of misinformation in that ad. I don't quite understand what is meant be "bleedable" cooling system. They all are (at least it's more like a "burp-able" cooling system).
The engine was not reorientated in any particular manner. Common Fiero knowledge would show that. If it was, then the V6 upper dog bone would not interchange throughout all years.

Damn one of those ultra rare engine moved forward models lol. And he states in his ad YOU WILL NOT drive this car it will be shown to you only. I mean come on it's a pontiac not a viper vette or something like that lmao. I tell you what if I'm paying that much for a 88 pontiac I at least want to drive it!!!

Where did you get your information? The 88 engine did not get shifted 3" forward and they are all bleedable. What electrical reengineering are you talking about? Thank you for preserving the best fiero ever made Dear dratts1,
Do a little research please. These things used to catch on fire due to bad harnesses, Engine moved 3'forward late very late 87, cooling system was not bleedable in the early years and in fact had a recall to fix earlier models not sure the recall was but I did read it in a trade publication. Thank you
Dear sitetechinc,
You're an idiot. You don't have to make up stuff about fieros. They are remarkable cars.
These are copy and paste from my ebay correspondence with him. He's either a complete liar or as badly misinformed as any fiero owner I've ever heard of.

Just got off the phone with the owner and I am convinced it is exactly what he said it is. With only 861 GTs having the lumbar support it makes it somewhere in the 1 of 500-ish white ones with that option.
