Actually, that is sic! Those look like custom axles? What kind of wheel offset are you running? If I remember correctly, you have glass side windows on the real one. How did you get glass made for the "mini chop"?

I agree with Tony, that's exquisite!
Here's another speed tip: Chuck each wheel into a high speed drill, then at maximum speed, gently lower it against a file or emery board. You just want to make sure that each wheel is perfectly round and perfectly concentric.
If you do too much abrasion, then spin them against some wax. Which will hold graphite, BTW.
