This just arrived in the mail for me today from Adam (IMSA GT) to put on my IMSA. I think it will give it a little more racey look.Thanks a bunch Adam not just for the gas door but for all the help you have givin me on the forum and with my IMSA it means a lot to me brotha.

I already test fitted it and it looks pretty good. I dident thing i was gona like the red cap on the car but it looks nice. even matches the stripe in the center of my car.

Reading this thread and how a nice gesture turns ONCE AGAIN into a bashing for Rick is pretty pathetic and sad. For those who don't know, it is an aircraft filler and costs more than some of your entire cars so I wouldn't knock it too much.

Sweeeeet. That cap looks like it would match my Fiero. You should send it to me, I don't think it'll work on your IMSA..

It automatically adds 10 more horsepower, I used a different one and only got about 7 HP

I can picture that working along with the vinyl racing theme. How large is it compared to the stock one?

It fits exactly in the hole if you remove the stock gas cap assembly.....not just the stock fuel door, but the entire assembly with trim ring.

I think that would look good then in conjunction with the racing theme of the car. Maybe some nice stainless hardware holding it in place too.

Pk is there a manufacturer's name on that cap? I see the model # AD4-98. When I Googled I got 308K hits. Might be able to narrow it down a bit.
