I had the pleasant opportunity of meeting with Stuart Stalcup on several occasions in person, known as StuGood on PFF. I think I might have some pictures of him and I together stored on a burn CD.

The story about Stu is that he suffered a terrible and debilitating stroke last year and he had to move in with his parents to Indiana to be cared for.

Early last month he became lost and a Silver Alert was initiated, because of his condition as a severe diabetic.

I've been periodically trying to check for any news on his whereabouts in hopes that he was found and was ok.

Well, my heart sank. They found his body last Friday and he has deceased.

So sad when this type thing happens. Same thing happened near here last year, when an elderly guy got lost, but they've never found him. rip StuGood.

Wow... Sad. Didn't get to know him, but its still disheartening.

Man... what a horrible end to a seemingly good life.

I am very sad to hear this. I don't know that I ever met him, but it's possible.
Seems there has been a good group of Fiero owners in the Wichita area. I wonder if Spektyr is still around... I bought an 89 Town Car from him, for one of my sons.

I had no idea... This is bad news. I always thought well of him. He has gone on to his reward and his pain is over.

RIP buddy. I liked Stu. He was a really nice guy and a great addition to the Fiero club here in Wichita.

Stu was one of the first people to welcome me to PFF, way back in 1992. It seemed that he already knew me, or knew of me, but I never figured out how. RIP, Stu ... we'll all be along to join you soon enough.

A Sad day for all Fiero Owners, and I am sure we will feel the effects of this loss for years to come. It is my sincere hope that he did not suffer and my prayers are with his family.
