I think I heard something go "bump" in the night....
Here's the deal... I am scheduled to work that day, but I can trade days with someone to get it off. The trick is, if I do that and then the date changes, I will NOT be a happy camper. So...how sure are we of that date? The earlier I schedule it, the easier it will be to do....but also the more likely that things will change on the meeting plans.
With any luck...I will have the 84 on the road by then so I won't be showing up in a pickup truck again.

I think I have secured the day off.....someone else needed Saturday off so we are swapping. I will definitely be there even if i have to call in sick....but I will be driving the pickup again rather than the Fiero.
Wussup... I have a hollow catalytic converter that I'm about to chuck, but I'll give it to anyone who's at the meeting Sunday. Other wise, me and a certain dumpster have a play date.

I'm swapping cars this weekend, so I should have the fiero from here on out. (I can only park one car on campus). I'm going to try to make it back to Charlotte saturday night/sun morning. Hope to see you guys there.

Ok guys and gals everybody going to the meet info We have reserved tables so please tell the Waiter/Waitress that you're with GM Turbo 6 Also we plan on being there around 12-12:30
I will try to make it tomorrow but it could easily be 12:30 or 1:00 PM before I get there since I have to drive from Columbia. Is the meet at 12:00 or 1:00?

I won't be able to make it, and I live all of 10 minutes away I have to get some server stuff done for the track, and check out a switch at the drag strip. Might try to swing by and say hi, but not sure if I will be able to.
That damn spec clutch let me down. I went to leave last night and something with the clutch disc/pressure plate gave out. I didn't get a chance to tear it apart but something is definitely binding up. The clutch pedal got rock hard and its making a grinding noise. Fortunately I was only about 5 minutes from my house when it happened. I had to drive the car back home with no clutch, what a PITA. 1600 miles of driving the past 3 days for nothing, lol.
