I just installed these bad boys

The ultimate would be Fiero1Fans housings but if you haven't guessed, these cost alot less than $500. Maybe one day I will buy them.

Ebay, the fit is okay, when I have time I am going to have to cut the headlight buckets, they don't fit THAT well.

I see a lot of them on Ebay, you're right.
Fieros have the 7x6 headlights, the same as the firebird, right?

Got a link? How do they compare in lighting to stock ones? From the picture it looks not as bright.

its the bulbs that suck (cheap-o's supplied with the kit), I am going to upgrade to silverstars eventually. I don't have a link I bought them from b_squared, I searched H6054 projector.

I agree, I'd love a full review of these.
I am sure many would like to make this conversion, especially since the sealed beams are going to get harder to find as time goes on.

I put those in and they are brighter than the sealed beams and work well.

However I still wasn't happy and bit the bullet and bought some Hella lenses with 80w hella bulbs.

Bright enough for me now.

I'd like to see a pic of these at night about 20 feet from a wall to get a good idea of the light dispersion and cutoff patern.

The car is stored an hour away from me, you guys are going to have to wait a while. I messed up the aiming when I was taking them out (loosened the wrong screws) so I will have plenty of pics when I aim them.

I had those, they melt if you got the plastic ones. The glass ones wont melt. They lasted 3 months before they started to deform and then started to blind other drivers. I ripped them out, tried to get a refund, was told to "pound sand" and bought the real thing in low profile. It might have been my fault for using the brighter bulbs though.

Lense is glass, the projector might be plastic, in that case I may stick with the supplied bulbs.

If they melt at $33 I can pitch them and be over it. Hopefully if I stick to the supplied bulbs I won't have any issues.

I have those in my GT and I have Silverstars in them. They are pretty bright. I am probably going to buy another set for my new Fiero.

I drove my car 180 miles this past year so I am not super worried at this point, when it moves back to DD duty hopefully this summer I may upgrade to silverstars as long as they won't melt my projectors.

They haven't melted mine. I haven't got to drive my GT yet but I tested to make sure they wouldn't melt by just leaving the high beams on for 2 hours, I used a junk battery and a battery charger the entire time.

I thought about that too, it just looks too expensive for me. Maybe one day when I have that money for it.
