I'm curious, does anyone on this board have RCC's '88 Corvette brake upgrade? I currently have WCF's 12" brake upgrade with porterfield pads, but with my new engine, I don't feel I have enough braking power.

From RCC's website, it appears that they utilize the same rotors but upgrade to the C4 corvette 2-piston calipers. I think this, along with a bigger master cylinder and a proportioning valve will provide me with a good amount of stopping power.

So,like I said, does anyone have this setup, or does anyone have any other caliper options for 88's? If so, I'd like to see some pictures and ideas!

Well, I have HALF of that kit, if that counts

I have a hybrid 88 rear/86 front so I have RCC's 88 rear kit and their pre-88 for the front.

Good quality, no complaints here.

Are corvette rear calipers two-piston as well? Also, did you have to make any mods to the parking brake cables, assuming you are running a parking brake? Any pics?

Thanks for the reply!
