Here's a few pictures from the first group arriving at the hotel this afternoon. There are about 16 cars here now but some didn't get here until it was too dark for pictures. I am sure there will be many more pictures (and video) taken tomorrow!
Here is the link if anyone wants a teaser. These are straight off the camera and I haven't touched them at all. There will be pretty large and not very dial-up friendly.
Keep those pics coming.....it will take my mind off the fact that I'll probably have to stay here at work till 10:00 tonight!
Kit
Just pretend like the time has already changed and it will only be 9:00! I know we both wish we were on the Run! The wedding was nice, at least I wasn't working (been there done that!)! Have fun tomorrow!

We ended up with 21 cars on the Run altogether, 19 Fieros. We all have more pictures that we'll be putting up later. I had my externally mounted camera on the Run all day. I haven't watched the video yet but I think we got some good shots on it We're about to leave for breakfast this morning so we'll post some more tonight when we get home.

Thanks Dale and Rie. I owe you guys big time! Got the car to Hollister O.K. I think one of those bullits must have hit the clutch slave cylinder. See you in Monterey in November. Dinner is on me! Roy

Thanks Bob. We were glad to have you. There is talk of a 'Part II' sometime in February. We did it last year as well. The 'Part II' is always just a casual run without all the extra stuff. That way I get to enjoy it a little more myself.
I was thinking of possibly doing a one way run and spend the second night in Monterey so we can see some different territory and also not be so tired from the drive. If we stay up North we can take our time more on the stops and maybe even do some more scenic stuff like Pacific Grove or the Thriteen Mile Drive. I'm going to start looking for reasonable places to stay around Monterey.
Last year we only had 5 cars on Part II but that is just fine since it is a casual event. It's easier to get a small group into Bubba Gump's for lunch.. But of course, we would love to have a large group for that one as well!

I Can't wait Dale. Hope it is stormy out there when we go. I love the big waves and when we go slower we can actually see them.
Oh and I know I'm a complainer but I think Bubba gumps kinda sucks(just my oh so very important opinion). Of course if nothing else is available I will eat. I'm not that picky!
Maybe you could modify the 4th annual graphics to say part 2. I would buy another sweatshirt.
Hey Dale and Marie! This years event looked like fun. Sorry I had to miss it for my 20 year High School Reunion. The show was definitely missing a convertible Fiero!! NEXT YEAR!!!!!!! -Steve

I created an 8x10 of the group shot that Darren took for us and added the Coast Run logo to it if anyone would like to print it out. I loaded it on to the server as a PDF file but if anyone needs another format just let me know.
The video is yet to come. I am going through hours and hours of stuff and trying to create about a 10 minute presentation. Hopefully it will be sometime next week. We are busy planning Brianna's graduation party right now.
