Coolant Leaking from Tube from Therm housing to Throttle Body! I get a spare one from up in the rafters and my son starts removing the Plenum bolts!
Son begins his can crushing again, pointing to one he just did as I take a pic of the windshield in front of the tub freezer, next to the broken roof skin, since it was broken already I tried several ways to remove it w/o dmg for when I junkyard raid for the sunroof one.
Son sitting in the drivers seat, enjoying the EXTRA clear view out the front... omg no windshield...
Tool I used to cut the windshield out, and the "Crap" that secures the roofskin along the sides in a big clump
Just ONE side of my rafters, lotsa big stuff all over the place, had to get a Cradle out for my dad, his is rusted through under the battery, thus the reason for the mess.

This is my entertainment, Listening to WMMR in philadelphia, on my Grand Am stereo, with mounted Buick Skylark Rear speakers and Fiero Front speakers (not shown in the ceiling) D-Snider Radio 7pm - 12am keeps my mood positive almost everynight doing this project.
My new Radio, Blue background... from a cavalier I believe, rigging it upto the Fiero electrical system, installing the new (not in pieces) center Skeleton, and doing some other misc stuff to the interior.
Time to do the dreaded front suspension ball joints, endlinks, and poly bushings....

Thanks guys! heres this weekends pics, since there was damage to the dr side rear, trying to figure/construct/fabricate a way to bolt down the decklid and the rear facia support so that everything looked right was a huge timesink wed-fri nights and all day sat, but I was able to do it, facia hangs down a hair, something to do for the future since it matches up 95% which is great.
the New Rear End!
using plastic epoxy to fix dmg to rear clip, works great!
heres the windshield and trim around it, complete... thank god!
placed the sail panel on, ready to go at the interior first up... dash!
Halfway done the front of the Interior, stopped to take a pic, then checked the new brighter dash illumination bulbs I got from rodney dickman
checking rear lights, "PONTIAC" not lite? first GT so... they "Are" supposed to be illuminated wethere the car is running or not as long as the lights are on? (Cross posting this question in Tech section)
Stopping for the night, 1215am here now had to make this post

This weekends progress! (not much since sunday was mothers day!) since the front end was damaged, and the front fascia did not match up despite my attempts to bend the support, i removed the spacer things and attempted to tap the frame, changed my mind and drilled the hole and used the nifty things seen in the next pic... much easier to use
heres my replacement bolt/nut/spacer combo for the rear cradle, this is the 5th time ive done this to my Fieros, and it works great once the retainer breaks free up there.
Silver quarter panel, yes... I know. mom calls it clown car, I call it Calico....
Son is cleaning the Dr side Q-panel (need to goto sears for a few more fasteners tommorrow)
couldnt figure out why car was running rough, clogged fuel injectores seemed to be the problem, swapped a spare rail w/ injectors and cold start injector in - since it was 1220am here when everything was reassembled, only ran car for 15 seconds and it sounded alot better! (neigbors sleeping!)
heres the rail I swapped in, injectors arent the stock injectors... hmm
Heres my son helping out with the plenum bolts...
IM DETERMINED TO GET THIS CAR TO CARLISLE (Legally)!

Heres me after several hours using dremel to remove front inner tie rod w/o dmging the steering rack...
Heres a pic of car 2 days b4 carlisle...
Heres CALICO at Carlisle, Next to the 86SE we brought. Go figure, the silver one was the one with problems ~
sunday morning was real sweet, went out to the silver car to check for a possible shorted wire causing the car to shut down at high speeds/rpms and blow ash and smoke out the tailpipe, locked the keys in the ignition.......had it been auto, and I didnt need to push the manual key release lever, I would have had the keys before the glass shattered.... /SIGH
spent about an hour cleaning up glass in the parking lot and the car
Todays goal... RELAXING =)
