I assume you mean the hood vents. They appear to be from the older Sunbirds, I think the Turbo models had them. Cheap enough in a junkyard... a few bucks will get you a set. Look for the mid to late 80's sunbirds.

I'll ask where can I find those side scoops? FOCOA used to be the ones to sell'em and they were called "Mecham's". Can't remember if IRM made them or not too? If any ever spots them for sale, even privately, please let me know

Yeah, they're Mechams. Named after Mecham Pontiac, the dealership here in AZ that created them. (On a side note, Evan Mecham was elected governor of Arizona back in the 80's. He was eventually impeached and removed from office, in part due to "loaning" state money to his dealership).

Anyway, the Mecham dealership is no longer around, but you can still find the scoops. The original versions are urethane, just like the Fiero fascias, so they're nice and flexible, but they're pretty hard to come by these days. There are reproductions out there, but they're made out of fiberglass, and are prone to cracking. I've got a set of urethane scoops in my garage that I haven't gotten around to installing yet. Check with Doug at Fiero Warehouse, he had some urethanes in stock awhile back. Might still have some.
