I've had a bunch of people ask me if I can produce the kit or peices of it for them. Then answer is yes, in limited quantities. I'll be building each one from scratch to the customers specs. Some folks want a kit just like the one I built in my 'so she's getting a little boost' thread. Some folks just want pipes, or turbos, or accessories, etc. Most of us are thrifty with our hobbies so I think offering basic kits and upgrades will better fit the market. For you guys that want to know more about what I've done so far, check out my build thread. I'm putting a custom one together for fieroracer86 and I think he will really like the way this turbo feels. So hang out and see how it comes out!
I'm pricing the basic kit which includes a Garrett T3/T04E turbocharger, Bosch bypass valve, chip, etc etc for around $2000. You will get everything most of the other popular kits offer and more. It's the kit I would want so that's what I'm offering. I think what I'm offering is a really good deal because you getting a turbo that will support more horsepower than what I've seen on the market. I'm also offering the ECM mod to allow folks to use the newer 29C256 chips. If you decide you want to burn your own chips later, this saves you the cost of an eraser as these are electrically erasable. It's also priced lower than the other similar kits on the market.
I can also offer upgrades like ICs, custom exhaust system, etc etc. In anycase, questions are welcome. Please no flames. I'm building these kits my way and to suit the needs of the individual customer. I'm flexable on what people need. I'll do my best to help people out as much as possible. You don't have to buy something from me to ask my help. This is a part time deal for me. I'm not looking to get rich, just finance my own Fiero endevours and I think I can offer the folks on this board a really nice system for a reasonable price.
