any magazine or book store. Or your local Walmart or Walgreens.
pshhhh..........pshhhhh.........and again, pshhhhhhhh! That magazine, for whatever reason, is damn near impossible to find. If Im lucky I might see it from time to time at Barnes and Noble or Borders Books....otherwise, forget it.

you know, just a couple days back cleaning out my brother's basement i found an old '87 pontiac mag with similar pics. only then it was a sneak peek at what was supposed to be coming.
I went to 6 different stores and 2 book stores during lunch (phew!). And still could'nt find this magazine. Gonna try a couple of more places tommorrow.

Just picked up a copy at Barnes & Noble. Funny thing is the Sunland Park location doesn't carry it, but the Viscount location does. At any rate, I will scan it and post some big pics. Also, anyone who wants it email to them, just drop me a PM with your email address.

Uggg....these files are HUGE.....I can't post them big enough to read, so if anyone wants them, I can send as a JPG or as an MS Word file. Let me know.

Actually in this case it was another id of Stimpy's beleive it or not, which got banned in the ratings guage thread that you can see in O/T that Cliff just locked.
For any Torontonians, I just picked up a copy at the X-Press News stand in the First Canadian Place. It's near the food court as you follow the P-A-T-H up towards the Eaton's Centre. There were 4 left at $5.99 cdn.

Couldn't take it any longer so.... I drove to the Dartmouth "Chapters" store (45km one way)) at the Mic Mac Mall and got a copy. Interesting!!!!! Quote: "It's also a safe bet that the 2.8 liter v-6 would have eventually been replaced with the larger 3.1 version when the former was retired during the '90 model year. This would represent a significant performance increase, most likely a few tenths of a second 0-60 and in the puarter mile." More significantly, the three speed automatic transaxle would likely have been replaced with the 440-t4, the four speed automatic transaxle that would later be known as the 4t60. This would have meant that the v-6 would have benefited from a steeper First gear ratio and overdrive, further aiding performance and economy." Those poor engineer's must be shaking their heads, when they think of SBC, 3800SC, 4.9Caddy's and all the other "significant performance " increase's that we have made to their sport car. I found it most interesting that the dash they show in the article is so much like the one used in the camero and firebird of that time.

Ironic how the gauges are identical to the 4th gen firebird gauges that I have in my GT. It begs the question which came first? . They were probably designed for the Fiero and later adapted to the firebird after the Fiero was discontinued. It explains why the 4th gen gauges from 93 to 96 are plug and play in the Fiero.
