Hey thanks to all that were there, I had a great time. There were lots of fiero's with engine swaps and 3 4.9's I know Beck took Steven Rossi out for a drive around the police station and back without getting caught. A few grins there, Ohh and Beck took second place in FULL MODIFIED NOTCH/FASTBACK class. Great Job Beck!
Looking forward to seeing yous all again.
Pete

no more need for an imagination, now we know what a finished smooothed fiero actually looks like.
OUCH!! Low Blow... BUT... Mine Looked JUST LIKE HIS at one time.. THEN my confidence was sky high then... So,I made the mistake of thinking about doing some side-scoop's. I loved the one's that Archie (www.V8Archie.com) is making now. So, I did the sidescoop's. But, Then I had the "Customizer" feeling in my blood. That was the down fall of SmoothGT NOT being finished because....I did the Fender's, Door's, Rocker's, Hood, Decklid, front and rear fascia's, Taillight's, .....and a few more thing's that I C A N 'T say... I may never be done.. I think that's what I like about ny Fiero. It's ALWAY'S inm the back of my head...lol I have almost had a few wreck's too. I would be driving and get to looking at driveway's, parking-lot's, etc... I blew through one STOP-SIGN looking backward's....
Help... I need some medication!!!!

I took over 100 pics of the show but they didn't save on my memory card.I took over 20 pics of Jeff's smooth gt. The only 4 pics that did save were the last ones I took of Steve Rossi 4.9. If anybody has any pics of my car please post them so I can save them to my computer
BTW I took 2nd place in the semi-mod 4 & 6 cyl notchback class.
iS THERE ANYWAY FOR ME TO CONTACT HIM..?? iS HE A MEMBER OF pff?? DaNg CaPs... errr
And Smooth, he also has a 4.9 V8 in his smoothGT, like as if he reads your mind, ehh. I don't think he is a forum member, I would say only about 20% of the cars there were PFF members.

I took a number of pics at the show. Just bought a new digital camera the night before so I'm still learning the options. The pics are a little to large to post (1700kb) so I'm in the middle of downsizing them right now then gonna post on the gtaclub site. Will post a link here later when I'm down.

I wish I had been there. See next year it needs to be earlier in the year. Anyone know how many cars showed up for the show? I promise I will be there next year if its before September!!!
It was a great show, I was lucky enough to be able to come. Talk to a lot of old friends and finally put a face to some new people. Great show, I like the unexpected visit from the fire department, fortunately there weren’t any rod knocked 2.5's there. My fondest memory is getting that 1st ride in Becky's 4.9L and nearly soiling myself...Embarrassing when you own one of your own. That Turbo really gives it the high end boost and that sway bar makes Trains on rails seem as if they handle badly. Awesome car, awesome show. And Tabs...you may not have won 1st in your class, but your GT is 1st in my heart !
Great show!

Wow.. All those pics and NOBODY took a shot of the '84 choptop coupe with the 3.8 !!
(I though it was cool) The owner is still working on it.. There's still some interior work to do and he's looking for a set of 17 or 18 inch wheels to set it off..
Good thing I was there

Damn! That is sweet. Its a subtle mod that really cleans up the lines of the car. Imagine that with the smoother lines of Stage II side scoops and you have a clasic "modern" rod.

First I give the owner a really big thumbs up for actually finishing something of this size. I remember seeing some pictures way back when of this car when he had first started. And I remeber thinking I'll be surprised if it ever gets finished. BUT all I think of now after seeing the finished deal is, "I wonder where Tim Allen is with the big crane and and even bigger steal I-beam?" And yes I know this is all my opinion, and we all know about opinions and voiceing them when not asked to.

I wasn't able to attend, but the biggest question to ask is this: will there be a "next" year? If there wasn't going to be a big enough turn-out, this was going to be the end of this particular annual event. Anyone know what's going to happen?

I talked to Tabs about going but I had a hockey game in Erie so I couldn't attend. I can't believe I missed all those awesome fieros there. Hopefully there was enough support this year for the show to run again next year because I want to be able to make it!

I won second place in the 4 Cyl & 6 Cyl Stock Class. I got bumped from the Stock Fastback class as it looked like no one could touch the 88 GT's and then low and behold another 86 GT beat them both.
Did anyone snag any pictures of my car? It was the red '86 notchie beside the choptop. I know it wasn't very pretty But I'm hoping someone grabbed some pictures for me.
