Thanks everyone for the comment's... "Chop the Top"...LOL I wish I would have done that first before the rear-clip was glassed on... Too late now.. right?? I am seriously thinking about maybe doing a Targa with the windshield laid back some... That would help the looks some... I am going to go with the stock 'Lace" rim's for now until I can find some 16"-17" 6-8 spoke wheel's that I like... I already lowered it by cutting the spring's(2 full coil's on the front and 3 full coil's on the rear) I don't think I could get 18" or bigger under the wheel well's now...

That's because it's really a plastic model sitting on a Lionel train set.
LMAO... No, it's because I live on an East Texas Lake... and most lakes have tree's... Cheever, I know that Galveston doe'nt have that many tree's, maybe that confused you...

I think the hood looks great! I really like the giant side scoops too!
Thank's Oslo... Are the side scoops toooo big?? I have planned from the start using the passenger side for an oil cooler and the driver's side scoop for the intake or intercooler type setup if I go turbo, I am ready for a good setup.. Ohh, Here's another picture that show's how far back my decklid scoop sit's... I feel that I get better cooling with the scoop back there and with the added ... nevermind, not ready to reveal ALL about the decklid right now...

looking good! have you decided a color for it yet?
I am really leaning toward something like a white with a blue pearl.. I want to go with a light color because of the Texas sun and heat... you know what I maen... I heard something about a BBQ at Revin's sometime in June.. You heard anything about it?? I want to see your V/8.. I have never seenone in person..
Looks good! We wouldn't happen to have a window back there would we??
As far as the color.. My car is in the shop right now and it is white with a blue pearle. IF, (thats a big if) I ever get it back I'll take some pics in the sun and you can see whatcha think...

If a fiberglass part cracks in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
j/k Hey Steve, your vision is coming together nicely. I must say I like the front facia better w/o the lower cross brace that come on the GT's. It looks like a totally different car!

Even though we all agree that they are "never" truly done. have you at least given yourself a time frame to at least have it done enough to go and show? Or are we going to continue to just see additional "new" 3 month old pics of it's progress each year?
Steve

As far as the fascia.. Sorry to dissappoint you as there IS something that goes across the fascia now... sort of...lol Remember these pic's are a few month's old.. Don't tell me I am going to have to change the fascia for a 4th time..

Voytec, Fiero5 and Wpg... When I get to the engine it will be a V?8... Just not sure if 4.9L or SBC... Probably the 4.9L, because of the cost of the SBC... As far as a time frame, I'll be done sometime in the winter of 2001.. that was the original plan until I ran into $ problems for a while... I'll be done VERY soon... As far as the 20th... we'll see!! I hope and if I do get there, I will still have it primered(be in work in progress), or a cheap paintjob like from Macco(sp?) and will repaint it like I want to next winter... I am not sure which class I would be in having all the bodywork and it being still a Fiero NOT a kitcar or replica of sort, but still have a 2.8L for now...anyone know which class I will fall into???
