Heading up to the Zinn's show Friday and was wondering where the meeting place is on Friday evening? Zinns? I will be at the Penn Amish Motel,

I vote for Zinn's, since I'm staying across the street.

Here's the options at this point:
> Zinn's - not crazy about this one, too crowded, and does not accommodate large groups well.

> Silk City Diner - this one can handle large groups, and the food is good.

> There is an Italian restaurant right near Zinn's, food is good, and I think they can handle large groups.

We're still digging, be back with more if/when we find it.

Wherever we eat, we'll congregate first in Zinn's parking lot, in the back to left of the diner, away from the highway. Don't want aggravate any of the lodging folks . . .

I vote for Silk City. Good food, lots of room and nice service. Plus it is very close to Zinn's!

I have no preference where we meet as long as it's easy to get to. And as long as it is posted in advance!

If you have one of those Family Radio things, give us a call on channel 12 when you get close. Just yell for Fiero Folks!

We'll be listening . . . .

As I said above, everybody congregate at Zinns, and we'll set the time at 6 PM.

Silk City Diner looks like the place where we'll eat, it's about a mile south on Rt. 272, on the right.

We will have our radios on. We should be down there by 4pm Friday. We are staying at the Red Carpet Inn, 2069 N Reading Rd., Denver PA. Does anyone know how far this is from Zinn's? We will see you all tomorrow!

From the Red Carpet, head north on 272 (Reading Road), cross over the Turnpike, and you'll see Zinn's on the left. We'll be in the rear parking lot, on the left of the restaurant (turnpike side). Meeting about 6:00.
BTW, it's like, a block away, certainly less than a mile.

Remember - channel 12 . . .

I didn't know it was there, but from the map it looks to be near the Holiday Inn, which is less than 1/4 mile away from Zinns.

Update: It looks like booking through the Red Carpet site takes you to the Comfort Inn and the Holiday Inn in Denver, PA. Do you know which of those it is? Not that it really matters, they're both in the same general location.
