I just want to thank Chris for giving a wonderful show. There was a very nice turn out. 67 cars registered in the show & there were over 80 there at one time.
Thanks for all of the great pics. It makes me wish that I would have gone. Oh well, I guess there's next year. I really loved the convertible and the GT with louvers.

The best of show winner pretty much won because he could afford more chrome than anyone else. Not that it didn't look nice. He had alot of detail work, especially in the front compartment.
Monkey-gal and I were blessed with Haze and Haze-ettes presence Friday night and Saturday at the show. Hazes' car should have won a best of show or participant award. His had to be the cleanest Fiero there. And...his is a daily driver (in Chicago, no less) which should have given him extra points. (Anyone can keep a car spotless if they only drive 1000 miles/year.)
There were some very nice Fieros there. There was even a real 308 Ferrari.

Looks like I missed a great show.....I was planning on going but had other things come up that wouldn't allow me to get away. What kind of motor did the F40 have....
Did Archie make it to the show... WAs the show a points show or a what do you like best show.
Monkeyman, the pleasure was all ours. Thanks for the weekend! As for the car, thank you for your praise, but it still needs another 10K invested before I can compete with those "best of show guys".

The F40 has a carbed small block, very nice. I think it is for sale ... I am thinking around 19,000. Archie didn't make the show. And it was judged, however there was a people's choice award. I think I have a few more pics at the above link.

This evetn was worth driving over 1000 miles to attend!!!!!!! The only trophy I was planning on winning was best interior, but it went to a stock car... Haze, thanks for showing and taking so many pics of my car...We also will have a new Fiero fabricator with lots of new parts soon, He will be at Fieroama, thanks to all the NIFE people for the space..
Lastly, I want to thank all the clubs, members, and everyoen at the event!!! we had the best time at was far better than we could have ever anticiapated.

I met the Best Of Show winner... He was at a show out here that was held at the Summit Racing headquarters. He wasnt very freindly at all. I tried to talk Fiero's with him and he didnt seem to give a crap. Although the car looks awesome, and i told him so, (he didnt really even thank me for the compliment) your all right... Get rid of the auto zone GT-R emblem... Thats the Skyline and NO other car deserves to use that model designation! Liz just pointed out the "Euro Sport" sticker that was also on the black fastback. Another got to go sticker!

You guys want to know whats funny about the "Best of show winner"? The guy bought the car like that. The original owner is from Cincinnati and he's a friend of mine. He sold the car to someone in Cleveland back in November. I used to tease the original owner about all that chrome. I said it was nice, but who would like to try to keep it clean. Anyway, if Mike still owned the car, he would talk for hours about Fieros.

I met the owner at the Hotrod Supernats and he told me the same thing. It's kinda funny because when he said Cincinati I figured you'd know the guy who built the car.
Looks like it was a good show.

Normally, if I don't have anything nice to say, I'll STUFU, but JEESUS! That black best of show car is really nice, except for the damn sticker marring the otherwise awesome ferrari/vette style taillights! Ugh, what passes for taste in this world!
The car is so close, then throw anway with stupid crap like that, just gets to me.
On another note, I think I spy Chris More's awesome N* convertible, damn! That car makes me want to go topless every time I see it )
Seems to look even better in every pic I see too.
Best! Ben.

Picked up a white '85 in Hillsboro just east of Cincinati Ohio on Thursday and met with some local Fiero owners in the area then it was off to Auburn for the show, nothing to enter just to look.
Problem #1-Who put two states next to each other that both start with the letter "I" which adds to my confusion.
Problem #2-Who in there right mind put a town called Auburn in each state?
Problem #3-I went to Auburn IL instead of Auburn IN......Arrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!
I realized the mistake at about 11:00pm while just 50 miles from the wrong Auburn, so I went home.
Kinda funny in a sick twisted sorta way.

I would like to say thank you to chris moore for an outstanding show and for picking such a great hotel to stay in. The show was great and there were lots of nice cars there. The black gt that got best of show was awesome. The most clean Fiero I've seen and so much detail work it wasnt funny.

My thanks to Chris too, great job!!!!!!!!!! maybe itll be doubled next year. I really didnt see 1 'bad' looking Fiero. Really cool to see all the different wheels that fit. I think almost every car with custom wheels had different ones.
