Hello, I was wondering if someone with Desktop Dyno 2000 would be so kind to help me out, if they had time. I'm trying to get a list of modifications going, and I'd like to have something to go by, to see which order to do them in. Be forewarned, however, that this is not for a Fiero.. It's for a Chevrolet Caprice 9C1. Sorry. Alas, this is the vehicle I am going to purchase when I sell my Fiero. I am not sure which specifications you need (weight, etc), but I can get them to you quickly. Any help would be graciously appreciated. Thank you. Have a good day.

Desktop dyno doesnt work like that unfortunatly. I bought it hoping that it would be easy to use but its not. You need to know EVERYTHING to make a engine... Head flow numbers, valve size, and a buncha other crazy $hit! However with car test (wich i have) you can determine cars speed an performance by entering weight, gear ratio, height, drag co-efficent, power and so on! Unfortunatly all they have that are Caprices' are...
Caprice Classic Brougham (1989)
Caprice Classic LTZ (1992)
Caprice Classic Wagon (1992)

So unless you know some of the needed info OR its the same as one of the above cars then car test wont help either!

Thanks.. I had no idea it was like this. I was going to buy one next week, but I guess I won't now. Unfortunately, the Caprice I'm looking for is the 9C1 police package. I believe the LTZ is the same engine, but the 9C1 is quite different. Thanks anyway for looking. Have a good one.
