Dear Fiero friends, Fiero friends from all over the world, all races, sex, ages, and religions. Thank you for your help and support since mid-2001. I am deeply touched by many. Many of you became good friends. You were there to help support and gave encauragements. I am not sure know where to start. I have this topic to post in mind for a few months now. At this time, a few people knows that things are not looking well for me. I am going to do my best to hang in there and be with you guys. Parts making process may be slower but it will get there as promised. The main goal of my operation www.thefibersmith.com is not just about doing cars stuff. One day, I hope to expand the market. I am not by any mean trying to compete and get other parts maker angry. I am just trying to get by. Why did I bother doing this fiberglass thing? It is so hazardous and dangerous to my health. I just wanted something that i know and do good at. It is not about becoming successful and getting rich. My goal from the business is to build a little house church with a small education facility overseas. There are many kids over there that are being sold as slaves or prostitutes. If I were them, I'd pray for someone to help and come and rescued them. And why am I doing this to help them? What have they done for me? I was a homeless once. I am not about to go back there agian. It wasn't such a good feeling to be sleeping in the fiero in cold winters in Chicago. I have been there. Life hasn't always been beautiful. I am sure that some of you may have been through hard times before. I want to thank you all of you. I thank God for being here till this day. Thank you for your help and support. i pray everytime I eat. I think of those supporters when I put food in my mouth. Please continue to help and support us fiero vendors. There are great sources such as V8 Archie, Fiero Store, Fiero Shop, West Coast Fiero, Specialty Auto/ Denny Patton, AusFiero, and more. Without any of these people, fiero market would be no fun. Lastly, I love you all! Things will get better here soon(I pray). I am not giving up. My goal will come true someday. I hope I live to see many children smile. And teach them the beauty of giving to others. Giving someone a chance is such a beautiful thing. Thank you agian my friends. God bless you all. Amen sincerely yours, Pat (Jon) kalsmith.
You know you have my support Pat!!!!!! I feel for you, and I lived out of my 1998 S-10 after getting kicked out on Thanksgiving by friends of the family. Life throws a lot of curves, but you just have to try to hit a home run!

Pat, I dont know what to say man. Hang in there, good things happen to good people, but if not now, someday they will. Take it easy on yourself, dont make yourself sick working with that stuff if you cant. Your health is the most important thing, more so than Fieros, or anything else for that matter. I hope to see you become sucessful in your market and I pray that you accomplish all of your goals. God bless, your friend, Ryan
Pat, as I mentioned in my email of a few days ago, take care of yourself. Your priority should be your health. You can't be any help to anyone if your not here. My thoughts are with you.
Pat, all of our thoughts are with you. You've made quite the impact in this community already and it is sure to grow even more. You can always look to the friends you've made for support, that's what we're here for...never forget that.

Pat, I hope you are getting better and I don't think I have heard of such a noble dream before. Too often people's dreams are selfish, ans it's so refreshing to hear that.
I'm so glad that I had the chance to meet you on here. Usually when I purchase something on the net, i get very nervous, and like to check up on it almost everyday. But from what I know of you from the few emails and from what people have said, I am very content that my product will be good quality, and that I won't have to wory about when it will get done, or worry is it ever going to be shipped. Thank you so much for running the fibersmith. I truly hope your health improves.
