I met Mike Freed around 2002, at Daytona. At that time he had come out with this water diverter and it was somewhat popular. Its basically a flexible neoprene rain gutter with metal sides that goes on the deck edge in place of the old weather strip (that was removed during the recall). Its easy to install and I would say does its job well of keeping water from getting in saturating and eventually stress cracking your hot front manifold. Its a good product and I am surprised that its not more popular. It also keeps the leaves out and helps eliminate Fire risks.
