So all of you running E-85 in your turbo 3800's tell me that #67 injectors will and should support me up to 500hp well i'm here to tell you your wrong i'm at 87% injector duty at 13 pounds of boost make 370 hp and 330 torque.

Oh and on a brighter note i think i'm the first one to run all E-85 on a Turbo'd 3.4 Dohc

Isn't the 3800's fuel pressure quite high? This would affect flow also.

The sound of a nicely tuned LQ1 makes me have happy time in my pants. I do believe that you just dubbed in the sound of a jet liner taking off. He, he, he.

Thanks for all the compliments as far as I know the 3800 doens't have higher fuel pressure. I'm running a walbro 255 which is Maxed out just like my injectors. Also the turbo starts to drop boost at higher rpm's. So need bigger everything I guess lol.

I don't know either way personally. I have read it here and I just found another reference:

On a Series II 3800 engine, fuel pressure should be 48 to 55 psi with the key on and engine off.

On a Series III 3800 engine <snip> The fuel pressure on these engines should be 56 to 62 psi with the key on and engine off.

http://www.underhoodservice...3800_v6_engines.aspx

These are both higher than the stock 40ish.

Is your regulator referenced? I ran out of walbro on 93oct using my 60#s for my 3800.

It would be interesting to see what your fuel pressure is doing under boost. When I tested it, I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to the rail and taped the gauge to the rear window. I then took a friend along and had him watch the gauge while I got into boost. I wouldn't be surprised if you were losing fuel pressure under boost as the Walbro is probably struggling to keep up. I would follow JustinBart and upgrade to the Deatschwerks fuel pump.

On e85?
Rich best torque on e85 is somewhere in the range of 7:1 if I'm not mistaken.

I'd be looking at the fuel pressure first before anything.

And then some heavy duty tuning if you want more power with e85.

Of course the question to ask is what is you LAMBDA reading on the wide-band, because the truth is your probably much richer that 12:1, but 12:1 would be what a standard AFR gauge says. Truth is, if your tuning for e85 on 43psi referenced pressure, Your injectors may be at their maximum mass flow, e85 requires some 34% more fuel mass for a lambda of 1.
