I have an ALDL---USB cable from http://www.aldlcable.com I used with the V6 and now I would like to use it with my 4.9 but I can not find any software for the 4.9.

What are you using?

TunerPro RT (Free to use after nag screen)

Use this ADX for 91 - 93 4.9 Cadillac - a TunerPro RT V5 definition - http://dl.dropbox.com/u/224...0L26%208192%20v3.adx

You should have purchased my ALDL cable instead - http://www.reddevilriver.com/aldl.html (Also it is less expensive than ALDLcable.com)

This list is more comprehensive than the other one on TunerPro.net

http://tunerpro.net/gmOBDI.htm

The definition I posted is an .ADX file that I converted from .ADS. I believe I had also fixed the 'jumping' problem that happens sometimes when you convert a v4 (ads) file to a v5 (adx) file.

I did use it just yesterday so I know it does work.

I've played around with bluetooth OBD1. But with a Fiero ECM you would need the shorting resistor to keep the data flowing.

If you wanted full time bluetooth you would need to go to at least the 7730. But then the next problem is there is no easy mobile app to receive the data.

Hmm

Maybe someone should write it eh?
