Anybody come up wit a good part number for the coolant hose that connects the water pump to the passenger side coolant pipe. AC car? They have really got these numbers and descriptions messed up. The Fiero store has dropped the one hose because it was incorrect. I was reading where FieroDan had a Gates # 21758, but it was about an inch to short for an AC car. Hose was against the AC V-belt. Thanks -Joe

After reading all of the threads I could find using 'SEARCH' ,it looks like NAPA may, or may not, still have some of these to sell and ship. It seams that several have tried to get them threw their local stores, and have not been able to get them. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. I went ahead and ordered NAPA hose # 8448 on line.

I now have two water pump to passenger side coolant pipe hoses, a NAPA 8448 hose and a Gates 21758 hose. Measuring them with a string they appear to be the same length. If you put them side by side one will be about 1.25" longer than the other one when sides are swapped over. I will put these both on the engine after I install the engine and cradle into the body. We will see if one fits better than the other.

I am gonna get the two radiator hoses also and replace them. I will post those part numbers and pictures when I get them here. Might as well have them all together.

Here is a Dayco 72003, lower. It looks like it will be just the ticket for getting underneath the AC belt area. V6 water pump to passenger side coolant pipe. The Gates 21758 , around a inch too short in the area of the AC belt, is the upper hose.
I will be changing my oil one day this week and will take a better look at it under the car.
hercimer01 furnished this Dayco 72003 in another thread.

LOL! Well... it looks like I bought the wrong hose from The Fiero Store then. I have a big order that's going to be shipped out next week, and I also need to replace this hose (oil pressure sensor took a punk and dumped oil all over the hose). I thought I ordered the right one, but I'm betting more and more I ordered the hose that goes to the top crossover pipe.
I guess I'm off to locate a Dayco 72003 hose then.
