Here is another "call me stupid but answer my question" post.
I have an '87 GT with no taillight delamination but slight cracks on the top of the driver's side lens.
I've worked with plexiglass and lexan before and have joined both successfully using MEK and a syringe with a small needle taking advantage of capillary action.. Does anyone know what solvent will work on the Ponitac taillight plastic?

Somewhere on the part there are letters indicating the material used. I am pretty sure the clear lenses are PC which is polycarbonate...General Electric sold polycarbonate under the trade name 'Lexan'.

Thanks Gall, I owe you for a few.
Polycarbonate solvent brings up a lot of hits.
