I have a bilstein lowering suspension system.....it fits an 86 Gt

Well i have an 88 Gt and i tried to take the rear bilstein struts/springs and
put them on my 88, Well the struts are 2 different sizes, but with some modification we made it fit
But i haven't gotten to the front yet....kinda worried im going to run into more problems.

For the front i have the 2 bilstein springs and shocks...

So my question is, when i go to put the front suspension on, an i going to run into
another problem?

The shocks will not work. the springs will but you will have to cut coils off making them even stiffer.

why won't the shocks work?
