I came accross a north start more or less crate motor around my area. $200 with only 2K miles on it. How hard is a north star swap to do?

I am also thinking of pursuing this, there is a 49k mile one for $400 in my area.

very hard

and expensive

wiring is the biggie with custom or hacked CPU needed
