Hi I posted it in the general by mistake so I will start agian in here.

I am using the steering column from a Vauxhall corsa sxi

Here is a pic of the modified shaft. I forgot to take a pic of the one using an 88 damperrerd one.

After that is was just a case of fabricating a mounting brracket

Some progress. I got the steering colum mounted

The controller documentation and the controller

Did some work on the stalks today. Had to cut out the resistors that bridged the contacts

Then I connected the wirres for the switched points

Managed to build a circuit that when the stalk is pushed forward it toggles high beam and push again to disengage it.

Well isn't that pretty trick...Awesome...Any more details/pics throughout the installation? How much current does it draw? Where did you tie into the power? You probably can't answer this one, but is there anything equivalent in the States?

I routed the wires through the center console and the firewall direct to the battery

I know the cobalt used the same colum. I am sure if you do a search you will find more gm models that used it over there.

I had the sensetivity turned right up for the video but you can alter it to give almost no help at all

It is supposed to draw 40 amps max
