I watched some episodes of Kit, Autobody Experience and its pretty good for anyone who hasnt done body and paintwork before. You need a lot more info, but watching someone actually do stuff is worth a million words. I saw the episodes this week. The ones I viewed where on a Porsche replica painted yellow. Nice info on how-tos on body work, fiber glassing, and fabrication.
