When i engage the Caution lights nothing happens... but when i hit the brakes they come on and stay on... no flashing. But as soon as i let off the brakes they turn off again.... any ideas?

Bad "flasher" switch for the hazard lights? Its above the passenger footwell.

Whats it look like? Did you mean inside of the cabin under the dash?
And how can i tell if its bad?

i had this problem in mine. flasher won't make the clicking noise when its bad. its normally a silver cylinder looking thing under the passenger side dash.
