so tore down the engine ( 2.8l )and found .75mm stamped into the pistons so they've already been bored out but at least one cylinder has worn poorly since the rebuild and im gona take it apart and see what needs to be done my question is whats the convention for that is that the same as .03 in or do i need new .75mm (if i can find metric parts) what rings/pistons should i get to replace the worn ones?

25.4 millimeters (mm) is one inch

Divide millimeters by 25.4 to get inches.

0.75 mm divided by 25.4 is 0.0295, or 0.03 inches.
