well this gear motor is on ebay rated at 100 HP @ 3000 RPM 19 pounds there go's that wight thing out the window if it had a slower speed it would work about 2300 rpm and would need 2 one for each rear wheel check it out http://cgi.ebay.com/Cross-H...p1638Q2em118Q2el1247

I didn't know that hydraulic motors would turn that fast efficiently.
