Ok my car makes better left hand turns than right hand turns seems like the rack is setup for circle track. How do I check the specs on this and or set it back to 0 and re adjust the innier tierods

You need a 4-wheel alignment - it sounds like the rear wheels are off. Take it to a reputable alignment shop.

Well that's the thing they can't get to work and its pissing me off to ne end they say it was modified but its all stock underthere I know 86 gts are a pain to line up but damn

Do you have the offset bolts for the rear struts?? They may be needed to get enough adjustment.

You want the bolts from www.NAPAonline.com - PN NCP2643609

www.rockauto.com has the equivalent Spicer unit PN 6161014

To answer your question -
The rack input shaft has a depression for the crimp bolt in the steering shaft joint - it should be on top when the wheel is centered. If your steering wheel is centered and the crimp bolt is not on top, or your front wheels are not straight ahead, you may need to adjust the rod ends.
