if you look at the top of the fender of a lmp1 lmp2 gtp car , there are vents
to relieve pressure from under the fenders. does anyone know where to get these or how to make them?

I think they are cosmetic. In any event the Fiero doesn't really need them. Are you thinking of a performance enhancement or a trick body mod?

A few people have added Trans Am vents to the side of the fenders, but I believe they too are purely cosmetic.

You can get universal ones at auto-parts stores. JCWhitney also carries a wide selection of universal scoops and vents.
