how hard is it to do suicide doors like this?

Doing it correctly is quite a chore I believe, somewhere on here Archie has a thread showing how much reinforcement has to be done to that area to prevent sagging.

I bet. Have you ever tried to pick up a fiero door? They r super heavy. Take the doors off one and it will speed u up 3 car lenghts. lol

mike man if you accomplish this suicide door setup on your own......then you are more of a fabricator than me...lol.....cause i looked at archies thread and thats alot of fabrication between the hinges and the supporting of the door and the door frame.....but hey man dont let anyone discourage you if its what you wanna do cause people do this kind of stuff everyday...like me. ive never made a mold or plug aof anything and made a part from it but i made headlight buckets and they fit perfectly. and now i think im gonna start on those vents i was tellin u about...and for me to only of made speaker boxes its pretty amazing at how easy it is.. so i mean you might be able to pull it off...if you do do it please post a build thread on it.
