Worn out bushings in the dogbone mount, and/or worn motor/trans mounts (the former leads to the latter).

As a test you could have someone watch for motion at the dogbone while you shift from D to R. I had an 88 4 cyl that moved a huge amount when I selected D or R. Ultimately I ended up replacing the motor & trans mounts as well as the dogbone.
