I've been adjusting the cables on my 4 speed manual and getting reverse and first and very difficult. We move it a little to the left and we get reverse, but not first. Then we move it a little to the right and we get first, but not reverse. In the middle we get first and kinda got to punch it into reverse. Is there a sweet spot to adjust these cables?
