so i told my machinist to ballance the flywheel the same as the flexplate i have. he said he couldnt do it, and said that its not possible. its obviously possible because there are dozens of people on here that have found a machinist to do it.
so does anyone know of someone in central new york that can do this?

Its possible if you have a balance machine, otherwise you dont want him to do it to a neutral balance....

I would just call around saying you want a flywheel balanced to a specific spec. Dont be too shocked if it is more than $70-80, its not cheap.

On this note, does anybody know if the west coast fiero flywheels are balanced?

Thanks, and sorry if I jacked you thread, I am going to be doing this soon and was wondering if that might just be simpler, quite possibly more expensive, but still simpler.

Thanks again, Chris

No problem, i would imagine they are neutrally ballanced, but i am not sure.

i guess i will call around tomorow in-between working on my engine and class.
