How do you remove the old glass (Doors) to replace them. Any tips or tricks ?

The door glass unbolts from the track and lifts out. I don't know if you can do it without removing the door skin, but that makes it very simple.

Edit...actually I believe it's riveted on...which means you have to drill it out then replace the rivets with locking bolts or new rivets.

The door glass has rivets that need to be drilled. I used nylock nuts and short bolts to install the new glass. You need to make sure the bolts are short enough to not interfere with other moving parts.
